No Refund Policy
InterviewsUnlocked follows a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made on our platform. Once a payment has been made for any of our services or products, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Failed Transactions
In the case of a failed transaction, where you have been charged but the service was not activated or delivered due to technical issues, the payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Processing of Refunds
For eligible refunds (failed transactions only):
- The refund process will be initiated automatically by our system.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- The processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you believe you have experienced a failed transaction but have not received a refund within 7 business days, please contact our support team with the following information:

- Date of transaction
- Amount paid
- Screenshot of the transaction receipt or bank statement showing the deduction
